I'm what most would say, a bit of a DIY extraordinaire and a tool freak and I've got a full set of tools, not too far from a professional contractor. Over the years I've owned several brands and a variety of tools and can honestly say that you can't be DeWalt for durability, size to weight ratio and most importantly, killer Battery Power. The 20V XR series tools and batteries provide a ton of power and this Impact driver is no different. Slap a quality #2 phillips bit on this and you can drive dozens of Deck Screws up to #20 SS panhead screws and even moderate size lag bolts. And while I don't recommend dropping it, these are built to take a beating.Summary - Great quality tool, solid construction, excellent battery power and great for DIYer's to professional contractor.
