The design is ok, buttons are easy to use and have a tactile touch to it to feel the clicks, the recharging case is nice and protects the device, the sound is good when you press the earpiece into your ear. But unlike other devices I’ve had, this earpiece’s silicone insert does not do a good job isolating noise due to poor fitting for larger ears. The hook that fits around the outer part of the ear is a bit flimsy. I can deal with most of this but even when I have to manually press it against my ear, the person on the other end of the call complains that my voice is muffled. That defeats the whole purpose of having this device.
