Set up was easy and was done 1st attempt. Connects to phone within seconds. Slight delay in steering wheel controls but not a big deal. Buying another one for my other vehicle.Have this installed on a 21’ Ram with 12” screen. Does work but gets glitchy. Also when you want to make calls outside the truck, it likes to connect to the adapter which is annoying. Also has trouble sometimes with voice on CarPlay. Music quality is also reduced. Overall it is nice not having to plug in every time.So happy I bought this! I plugged it in, connected it with my phone and BOOM! I can connect to CarPlay via bluetooth!! Now I can charge my phone properly w/ the right charger and cable. Yeah! Thank you!!I liked this product as it is completely free from all wires and seem less integration with Car systems as advertised and designed. Just plug and play with Bluetooth connectivity in seconds.
