All around great itemKuryakyn means quality. I’ve had it on my bike for about a month now and it works flawlessly. Easy to install. Very solid beautifies the handle bar area.I really like being able to light my cigars while riding. Didn't really like the price but you get what you pay for. Chrome looks great. blends in with the bike nicely. The bad part is the pull tab on the cover, that broke off in a month and the cover is just about impossible to remove with gloves on. Now I leave the cover off while riding and snap it closed when I stop. I haven't checked yet to see if replacement covers are available, but if not it still serves my needs.Very clean looking add-on to my Indian Springfield. Very sturdy and stylish polished chrome. Pigtail for the battery if you need it with a Battery-Tender style plug. Make sure you get the right bar size. An on/off toggle would be nice but not a big deal. A bit pricey but if you want quality, it's worth it.This mounts on 1 inch handlebars, and fit my Honda perfectly. This is good quality chrome, not some cheap plastic thing with a couple of molecules thick of shiny metal sprayed on. The wiring was able to reach from near the clutch lever on the left all the way down to the battery area. It's supplied with a 10 amp fuse in the disconnect plug. You may or may not be able to run a compressor with that.Strong points.........It has a disconnect plug that matches the same plug my compressor and trickle charger uses. So I just installed the one from the compressor and use it for all three devices (won't ever use more than one at a time.)Besides being able to put the clamp where ever you want, you can also swivel the unit horizontally by using a screw.Best of all, it looks great. The mounting and power point plug are sturdy and chrome seems high quality. However, the tab holding the plastic cover has already broken at less than a month since it was installed. Don't really know whether it's made of vinyl or synthetic rubber, but it is not nearly durable enough. What good is a power point on a motorcycle if you can't keep moisture out of it?? Overall, I'm disappointed in the item. I have a lot of other Kuryakyn products on my motorcycles. This is my first bad experience.Looks great, well built, works perfect!+ Looks beautiful, The chrome is nice and it looks good on my bike. A friend said it looked professional.+ Quality material, This isn't some cheap piece of chromed plastic, this is heavy duty metal. I can't say the same for some of the factory parts on my bike.+ Ties included, was able to tie the wire to the rest on my bike to add to the professional look.+ Instructions included, albeit a little vague, the instructions were a great supplement to what instructions I already had online.+ Customizable Position, Even after you get it on the bike's handlebars, you can further twist and turn to make it line up right where you want it.- Wasn't free, but considering the quality, I would have paid more than I did for this.
