This is a review for the NIUNEW brown charger cover & cord protector. This charger cover is cute and looks as described, but man was it a hassle to put on. The most confusing part was that they didn’t include any instructions, which may sound ridiculous because hey, it’s got to be pretty obvious, right? but no, it wasn’t. What would have been nice would be to know the *quickest* way to put the cord wrap on. I sat there for about 5 minutes slowly wrapping it until I was like, this is going to take me an hour, there must be some kind of hack. but nope, no instructions or images to lead me to any hack in this listing. So I made up my own. I have no idea if I’m still missing something obvious, but whatever. It worked. Here’s my hack: you need to fold up the cords to make them shorter, and therefore easier to twist. Otherwise when you’re twisting it and on the far ends they get all tangled. So make them shorter & tie them up, then you pull on the wrap to make it longer and then swiftly wrap it around phone cord - if there’s enough weight to your cord it should be able to swing in a circle as well. That was the way I got it done in a mere 15 minutes. Lol. Anyway, the people making/selling these should include some kind of pictures with directions. It would’ve really helped! If you have hand issues like me then this might also not be the easiest thing to put on as well. I have another one that I will put on that way, & we’ll see how quick I can get that one on it and I’ll update my review. I feel like there should just be some kind of paper or something that’s already in the cord wrap that can extend it out and allow you to slip the cord right in. Just my thoughts.Although this cover is meant for an iPhone charger, I just put it on my iPad charger that I was using my 4ft USB-C cord with since that’s my favorite to use for my android. I cut off the rest of the cord wrap I didn’t need. I will probably use the leftover wrap on a short cord I have. It also comes with these charger head covers and I guess they were made for Apple products because they don’t fit my cord’s plug that well. One of them is way too narrow, but I still shoved it on to see what it’d look like. Also put them on wrong at first—Again, directions could be very useful, or maybe I’m just dumb, hah. But overall it looks cute, worth the hassle to me. Not likely I’ll take it off anytime soon to put it on another cord, but it works for now.I would recommend this charger cover with the one disclaimer to know that this will take you a while to put on and may confuse you.
