I used this charger on new batteries. The charge time was reasonable and the constant voltage and constant current parts of the charging process appeared to be correct. There was one very slight deviation: the left hand charger indicated full charge at 4.06 V, rather than the correct 4.2 V. The right hand slot correctly charged to 4.2 V. If you leave the left hand battery in the slot until the right hand battery finishes charging, it would eventually get to 4.2 V. At 4.06 V, the battery is about 97% charged, so this is not much of a problem. I will be using it exclusively on 18650 batteries, and it appears to be fine for that application.It works great!I have been using it to recharge 14500 and AA batteries and it works perfectly well.
