If you have lithium ion batteries, you need to charge them. Use the P117. It works with both lithium ion and NiCad batteries, so it can work well with Ryobi models, from the P100 to the P108. Some batteries, like the P102, can be charged in as little as 30 minutes, letting you get to work as soon as possible when they’ve run low. This charger model has a special maintenance mode that keeps your batteries at peak condition after they’ve been fully charged, making sure that they don’t drain and protecting them from power surges. This system will also cease to charge at the battery’s full charge, saving energy and, subsequently, your power bill. The P117 has a temperature indicator as well. You can use this to gauge how well your batteries will function in your given workplace. This is a heavy duty charger for heavy duty Ryobi users. You will not be disappointed with its performance.

Don't waste your money on those knock off brands that are cheaper. They don't last. This one actually works and is still working.It’s performed just as it says it does.You don't want to be running indoors to charge. This charge lasts and is relatively quick to charge.I like the fact that cti is delivering at an reliable brushless ryobi tools for the apprentice in need of new tools at a reasonable price and with amazing customer service response. Once ryobi makes a brushless rotary jackhammer they have a customer for life from me.Works as advertised. Would recommend. I found several owners with the P117 who also said this model is defective but Ryobi isn't recalling or repairing them. I have 8 Ryobi tools and up till now I liked Ryobi but now I'll stop buying from Ryobi.Didn't last barely a year. Only charged 4 batteries and it's completely dead. Has a 3 year warranty but seller is not on the authorized sellers list with Ryobi so they won't warranty it. Won't buy anything from Products Paradise again ever!This product was a total disaster. I had to return it and am not sure that it isn’t a complete scam. It did not work and when tested at home there was no power at all coming from the battery contact points. Sure, I got my money back but not until after lots of headache and the cost to ship it back. Amazon will definitely be my last choice when buying similar products in the future considering that if I bought it locally I would have incurred no cost for a totally defective product.Very essential for recharging the battery without which one cannot use the Ryobi drill machine.Working very well so far. . . . Hopeful that it continues to do so . . . .
